Together they’ve built a powerful resonance around the message of authenticity. They’ve experienced countless life-changing testimonies of personal transformation in their work as professional stylists to the everyday woman.
Founded by Molly Bingaman in 2010 Ladybird started small, then grew to a 4,000 square foot styling love-hub in the heart of the Kansas City Crossroads Arts District. There the team of clothing, hair and makeup stylists lovingly led women through a process of visual transformation—meeting them wherever they were in their lives and teaching them to find their resonant personal style.
After the launch of Molly’s 2020 TEDx Talk: The Link Between Personal Style and Identity a new wave of women from around the world sounded off in our inbox and let us know that the message of authenticity resonates.

our METHOD
We use a unique method for helping women find their authentic style. Based on physics, we teach you how to tap into your body, and choose clothing that moves with you—finding resonance between who you are and what you’re wearing. Attractive style both flatters the body and expresses the spirit. We teach you how to access your innate intuition and develop the sense of style you’ve always had.
